Links in Canvas Dashboards?

Is it possible to create links inside a Canvas Dashboard? Perhaps I can use a text block in some way? I was thinking of creating a custom navigation on top of my dashboards. I can put my custom navigation block as a reusable block.

Definitely! As our text blocks support markdown, you can set up HTML hyperlink element to create navigation buttons / links.

Here is an example where a button directs you to a lower header:
