Just recently, I noticed that the average option for a table is available but not for a pivot table. Can we add that? It could come really in handy. Thank you very much!

Could you elaborate more on your use case, like why you want to have an average option in Pivot table?

I have a pivot table containing teams and their performance according to different metrics (columns) over the months (rows). I have the total and subtotal but, would also need the average of those metrics over the months.
