Good afternoon. I am facing the following problem when working with Holsitics. I have created a Sharable Link with a password for the dashboard, without specifying any data restrictions. Going through the Sharable Link the visualization opens with the error “You are allowed to view 5000 records only”. The dashboard itself works from my user account without error. I found a section in the documentation about Limit on Visualization Records (Administration Settings | Holistics Docs (4.0)), tried to increase the limit to 10000, but the link opens with the same error “You are allowed to view 5000 records only”. The dashboard visualization contains one small cohort table with exactly less than 5000 records, the dashboard itself runs on a datamart of 1100 rows. How can I fix this?

Thank you for reporting the issue and sorry for any inconvenience it might have caused.
I suspect that this issue is a bug of Cohort visualization, but let me investigate further.
