We’ve been experimenting with sending schedules of entire dashboards or individual reports. The configuration goes normally and Holistics appears to successfully go through. Still, the emails never arrive to our inbox. What might be missing for this to be failing? And what other info we could provide here to help debugging?

Can you try checking your spam box as well, to see whether the emails were marked as spam?
Hey Phien, thanks for getting back to me! The spam is empty, I’m afraid. Still, the email is currently configured to a team email, which then forwards it to the team members. Is it possible it would be identified as spam and never fowarded?
