I have formatted my report with conditional formatting which changes the color of row according to formula, but if I send the same report to email or slack. The color is not there, do I need to change or add something or this is not the feature?

The conditional formatting is currently not being applied to the exported report. I know that it’s very annoying but we will add this to the backlog for future improvement. Thanks for your feedback.
