I have a list of business names I am pivoting on. One of the businesses has an & in their name, e.g. “Food&More.” It shows up like “Food&More” as the label at the top of the pivoted column.
The same name used as a Row displays correctly: "Food&More.

Do you mean it shows something like “Food&More”?
If so, please try using the HTML format for the business name field
