Hey everyone! :wave:

Tired of manually setting the same color palette on every single chart just to keep a dashboard consistent? You can now assign a palette directly to a dashboard theme - and every chart on that dashboard picks it up automatically.

:gear: How it works

  • Apply color palette in theme: Reference the color palette in theme so that all charts on dashboards inherit the palette consistently. The palette also carries through to:
    • The theme thumbnails, so you can preview color palette before applying.
    • The explore modal, where charts inherit the dashboard theme’s palette by default.
  • Override at chart level: Individual charts can still set their own palette when needed.
