As organizations create more reports and dashboards in Holistics, their analytics environment becomes cluttered and disorganized. Without proper labeling and categorization tools, users struggle to find trustworthy content among hundreds of similar-looking items.
The Solution
Tags help you efficiently categorize the analytics content, allowing users to quickly discover related items through meaningful categories and labels.

Currently, you can’t directly search by tags alone in Reporting (but you can do so in our Code Search). You’ll need to enter a keyword or string in the search field first, and then you can filter the results by tags.
Though, we totally agree that being able to search by tags directly would be super helpful, and we’ve definitely taken note of your feedback.

Why this feature?
As organizations scale their analytics, maintaining consistent and meaningful tag descriptions becomes increasingly difficult. Writing them manually is a rather tiring task.
What’s new
With just one click, you can now:
Generate a description for a single tag
Generate multiple descriptions at once, whether for blank fields or for all tags in your system
How it works
Descriptions are generated based on:
Tag names
Keywords that users provide
Learning from existing tag patterns
Pre-requisite
To use this feature, you will need to: Enrolled in Holistics AI & Enable AI in settings - Learn how to get access Set up the tagging system - Learn how to create tags
Before: You have to enter keywords, then narrow down the results with the tag filter.
After: Skip the keywords! You can use the tag filter to find all associated objects.
