'Internal Server Error' - seeing this semi frequently when trying to create a report

Hi,

Just sharing - this is an error that I have been seeing semi frequently of late. Usually once or a couple of times a day.

The error appears and then I have to wait a while be creating the dashboard. Not a huge pain but not ideal
