I have cross-filtering enabled on my dashboard, but when I select a company name on the top graph, the filter is not reflected on the bottom graph.
Is it possible to filter in this way in the first place?

Have you checked if these 2 reports come from the same dataset?
In Holistics, when you cross-filter a widget, that widget will become the dashboard filter that takes the values of the record that you have clicked on. The filter’s values will be applied to other reports (generated from the same dataset) in the same dashboard.

Yes, the two widgets are created with the same data set (only the display is different for graphs and lists).
I found that I am using a different data set, and I have no problem with Close in this case.
