How can I list all dashboards shared with a group

I did not find this information in the API to dashboards.
I’m looking for a way to list all dashboards shared by a particular group, either with UI or API.

Currently, we don’t support retrieving the list of dashboards for a group (via UI or API).
Could you share your reasons for needing this feature? Your feedback helps us enhance the product.

This is for administration purpose : i wanted to quickly identify which dashboards were visible by a particular group without having to go through all our dashboards one by one.

Hi @dacou,
I have a workaround that might work in your case.
You can create a test user and add them to one particular group.

  • Use Log in as another user to see the dashboards shared with that group.
  • After that, you can remove the previous group and add another one to the test user, and do the same.

This is quite manual, but it can help you check which dashboards are shared with which groups.

Note: An existing user might belong to many groups and be shared with dedicated dashboards, so creating a test user and adding it to the only target group might be a better approach.
