Our brand leans in to black so having the option to display dashboards in black would be great. Dark mode is said to reduce eye strain when developing.
Maybe, but dark mode also causes the eye to dilate more, which can make it much harder to read for people with astigmatism. I switched from a green/black terminal to black/white a long time ago due to this issue and have never looked back.
