Hide filters in the exported PDF canvas dashboard

The issue I’m trying to solve is how to make the filters in the canvas dashboard separate from the main dashboard grid? I want the users of holistics to have access to the filters, but for the filters to not be visible if a PDF is exported - the way it works in the standard dashboard. The users of the dashboard need to be able to set the filters, but the PDF version should be generated without the filter blocks in them.

I tried moving the filters outside of the main grid but then they just disappeared completely (tried also bringing them to the front in the block options). And if they are placed within the grid, they are automatically included in a PDF.

Hi @dominika

Our understanding is that you want your users to still have access to the dashboard filters, but the filters won’t be visible in the exported PDF. Currently our platform doesn’t support it yet.

We’ve edited your post to Feature Suggestions so that other users can upvote and share their use cases as well.

We’ve added your request in our backlog and will keep you updated once we have a concrete solution for it.

Thank you,
Phuong.

I definitely prefer having filters in the pdf, understand that some may not though.
