Failed to send test Webhook for data alert

Hi team,

I am setting up Webhook for Data Alert, my endpoint is ready and I already applied authorization policy with restricted IPs (from this doc). When I send test Webhook, it indicates failure, could you help me verify the IPs when sending test are from the IP Whitelisting documentation?
