Don't send the report if empty

I have created an email schedule to send a report via email. I need please a way to check if the report is empty or not.
If the report was empty then don’t send it via email. I have found an attribute in the API that says

but it didn’t work. I tried to use it and I have updated the schedule and update this attribute and make it True as you see above but it didn’t work.

Can you check and let me know please your thoughts about this

  1. Which API did you use, and could you share the API doc that you referenced to?
  2. Were you updating an existing email schedule or creating a plain new one?
