Cannot Completely Delete a User

When we delete a user, the account still appears under the ‘Deleted’ tag. We would like the ability to permanently remove all data associated with a previous account, leaving no trace. Could you make this possible?

Holistics does not support permanently deleting users and all associated data directly.
If you would like to proceed, please submit a support ticket to [email protected] with the email addresses of the users you wish to delete. Our team will assist you further.
