The best practice that we can give is to remove objects that you don’t need. For example: you may have reports/dashboards that are not used much in your company.
You can use our “Usage Monitoring” feature to discover those unused reports/dashboards:
Also, when you’re on the Billing page, you should see a list of objects that are counted against your billing. You can review objects that you don’t need and remove them too.
