Over the past 3 days, the APAC Holistics caching server was under high load and this is causing degraded performance of the Holistics platform.
Thus, we are working on an urgent server upgrade.
During this period, APAC customers may find:
- Your data fails to be cached.
- Intermittent errors with the status code
503
interrupt your interactions on Holistics.
