We have clients with differing definitions of week start day - each with their own dashboard. This would allow us to meet the needs for those clients.

We can see the use case here - serving multiple clients with different week conventions on a single instance is a real constraint.
That said, we don’t have immediate plans to support per-dashboard week start day configuration. It’s on our radar as a valid request, but we want to make sure we prioritize it correctly.
To help us assess: how critical is this for your current workflows? Is this a blocker that’s forcing workarounds, or more of a nice-to-have quality-of-life improvement?
Somewhere in between - i think our clients would use our dashboards more if it more easily aligned with their other reports. The less they use our dashboard, the lower their ability to manage our product and the less ROI they have. So while its not a blocker for us, it reduces the ROI on net for our clients.
