# Enforce Two-factor Authentication for your Tenant

**The problem:** You want to enforce Two-factor Authentication (2FA) for all members in your Holistics Tenant for security reasons.

**Answer:** Because Holistics does not support 2FA for [Password-based Authentication](https://docs.holistics.io/docs/user-authentication#password-based-authentication), you should:

1. [Disable this login method](https://docs.holistics.io/docs/user-authentication#enable-disable-login-methods-for-your-tenant) in your Tenant Settings.

1. Enforce 2FA within your Google or Okta Workspace.

If you are on [Enterprise plan](https://www.holistics.io/pricing/), you are eligible for [Single Sign On (SSO) feature](https://docs.holistics.io/docs/sso-configuration/). If not, you can choose Google Sign In as the default sign-in method. From these workspaces, you can enforce 2FA requirements for your organisation.

Holistics now supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for the password-based login method.

The admin can enforce 2FA for password-based authentication across the entire organization by requiring all users to set it up. This could enhance the organization’s security.
