# Disable the automatic 'back to the top' of the dashboard

When I work on a dashboard that has multiple reports, every time I made changes or just explore a random report and close the pop-up window (either save or cancel), it will bring me back to the top. Then I have to scroll down again and again back to the report I was working on. This is not convenient at all.

Hi @Siyan_Guo! Thanks for reporting this issue to our attention.

The behavior of automatically rolling back to the top sounds indeed annoying.

Can I confirm that you’re encountering such an issue on [Dashboard 3.0](https://docs.holistics.io/docs/dashboards) (legacy version), yes? Or is it on [Canvas Dashboard](https://docs.holistics.io/docs/canvas-dashboard/intro)?

Hi Vu, I encountered this issue on legacy dashboard. And I also checked canvas dashboard, it does not have this issue.

Unfortunately, there might not be a promise when the issue will be improved, as we’re moving a way from the legacy dashboard.

That being said, I’ve raised your feedback to the responsible team. Will make sure to keep you posted on any updates.
