Is there a way to connect different data sets if there is a key value common among both? I know we can create relations within data sets but what if we need to connect data from a model/table in one data set to another model/table from another dataset

This is currently not doable in Holistics but could you share more details about that do you want to achieve?
Why don’t you centralize all of your models into 1 single dataset instead separating them into 2 datasets and then joining them back?
