## About the dashboard

- A customer support dashboard that shows you what’s broken, who’s unhappy, and where to focus, without digging through spreadsheets.
- Who it’s for: Support leads, product managers, and ops folks who want to understand their support queue at a glance.

## What you’ll find

- Ticket tracking: See how many tickets came in, what’s causing them, and which ones need attention right now.
- CSAT overview: Check if you’re hitting your satisfaction targets and find out exactly why customers are frustrated.

## Cool stuff to try

- **Cross-filtering** : Click any bar to filter the whole page
- **Holistics actions** : Open support ticket link from the data table
- **Quick filter** directly based on any data point
- **Add & edit break down dimension** : From the Analyze menu in charts, straight from the dashboard
- **View underlying data** : Right-click on a data point to view its data
- **Reusable blocks** for customizable & convenient dashboard component

Built with Holistics AML, reusable themes, and way too much purple.
