I’m happy to announce that we have recently added a setting in Dashboard Preferences that lets you disable Dashboard Autoload and avoid spawning unnecessary Jobs! 
Here is how a Dashboard with Autoload disabled would appear on first view:
Kindly note that the setting will not be applied in Shareable Links, Embed Links, or when the Dashboard URL has pre-applied filters.
